2LMN was selected by the Delaware County Engineer’s Office (DCEO) to design intersection improvements to the existing intersection of Liberty Rd. & Salisbury Dr. with a modern, single lane roundabout. The project included northbound and southbound left turn lanes at the intersection of Liberty Rd. & Libertydale Dr. / St. Joan of Arc driveway. The project connects the existing shared-use path on Salisbury Dr. to the sidewalks on Libertydale Dr.

Liberty Rd. is a heavily travelled north/south corridor, and traffic projections show increased volumes in the years to come. The proposed Liberty Rd. & Salisbury Dr. roundabout, as well as the left turn lanes at Libertydale Dr., will increase public safety of two intersections and help reduce congestion in the area.
