2LMN was the prime consultant on this road widening project for the Licking County Transportation Improvement District (TID) through the village of Pataskala. The project was on an expedited schedule due to the new Amazon distribution center. The project included taking the existing urban 2 lane S.R. 310 to 5-6 lanes (including a center 2-way-left-turn-lane). It included various roadway design issues including: new vertical and horizontal geometry, closed drainage utilizing curb and gutter, utility coordination and conflict resolution, new storm sewer, post construction BMPs and 2 permanent R/W takes with residential relocations. Construction was completed in October 2018.
