2LMN was the prime consultant for this Loon Style Median-U-Turn in Wood County where the Ohio Turnpike exits onto S.R. 280 at the intersection of Libby Road and S.R. 420. The project was to construct a Median-U-Turn to alleviate an immediate merge that occurred from trucks exiting the Turnpike and having to immediately crossover two lanes to make a left onto Libby Rd. The project required the implementation of both Ohio Turnpike standards and ODOT standards. The project was constructed at a construction cost of $ 2.6 million. Construction was completed in 2015.
