2LMN was the prime consultant for this 2-year ODOT Statewide Bridge Load Rating contract with the Office of Structural Engineering. With a total project budget of $2 million, the overall goal was to load rate as many bridges as possible within the 2-year timeframe. The 2LMN team performed load ratings on 955 bridges which ranged from single span to multiple span bascule type structures. The contract has included single/multi-span bridges of the following type: concrete box beam, prestressed concrete I-beam, concrete slab, steel beam and steel plate girder. As part of the contract, the 2LMN team assisted ODOT with completing many bridges on a priority list that were required to be completed to meet an FHWA deadline.
