2LMN was the prime consultant to replace the deteriorated superstructures and to raise and widen the twin slab bridges that covers 6 lanes of SR 2 over Worden Road in Wickliffe, Ohio. The widening of the bridges eliminated the current pinch point at the bridge and provides a consistent roadway width overtop of the structure. Additionally, the raising of the structure provides more vertical clearance under the bridge.

The scope of the project increased from the initial phase to include a maintenance of traffic scheme that enabled all 6 lanes of traffic (3 in each direction) to be maintained during construction. This scheme utilized crossovers and contraflow. 2LMN was responsible for designing and detailing all the maintenance of traffic for the project. The project had limited impact on the SR 2 traveling public during construction; however, Worden Road traffic was only maintained in the northbound direction.
