Job Role: Professional Surveyor
2LMN, Inc. would like to offer a career opportunity to a Licensed Professional Surveyor located in Central Ohio. This position will eventually transition into the survey group department head. The ideal candidate will need to be a motivated and hardworking individual willing to work in a team atmosphere to manage field and office personnel. 2LMN, Inc. is a reputable and growing firm in the state of Ohio and West Virginia with four offices and forty-seven employees. 2LMN, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications to be considered:

  • Minimum of 10 years of surveying experience with boundary/topographic surveying
  • Must be a licensed PS in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience with ODOT surveying requirements and right of way plan preparation.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bentley products.
  • Experience with GPS/robotics equipment.
  • Experience with project management and proposal/fee estimating preferred.

Work related tasks include but not limited to:

  • Serve as Project Manager (manage project cost estimates, schedules).
  • Work with current staff to assist with project deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Conduct Public Land Survey Systems and topographical surveys.
  • Research property/survey records.
  • Perform quality control reviews.
  • Assist with completion of proposals and RFQ’s.
