Opportunity Corridor 3 “OC3” was the final phase of a large-scale infrastructure development initiative aimed at improving transportation and connectivity in Cleveland, Ohio. As a subconsultant to Michael Baker International, 2LMN took on the task of designing detailed plans to replace the existing vehicular bridge with a three-span pedestrian bridge. The E.89th street bridge carries over the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) and Norfolk Southern Railway (NSSR) railroads.
