2LMN served as the prime consultant for this roadway widening project for the Licking County Transportation Improvement District (TID) along SR 310 through the City of Pataskala. The project followed an expedited schedule to accommodate the development of a new Amazon distribution facility. Improvements included widening the existing two-lane urban roadway to five or six lanes, including a center two-way left-turn lane. The project also involved new horizontal and vertical roadway geometry, curb and gutter installation, closed drainage systems with new storm sewers, utility coordination and conflict resolution, post-construction best management practices (BMPs), and two permanent right-of-way acquisitions involving residential relocations.
