2LMN served as the prime consultant on the DEL-36-17.95 project to replace the superstructure of the bridge carrying USR 36 over IR 71. A critical component of the project was maintaining traffic in both directions throughout construction. This was achieved through part-width construction, temporary signals, and the construction of temporary loons to allow safe U-turn movements for the significant truck traffic navigating the interchange. The project also included over half a mile of resurfacing on USR 36.

This project was delivered on time and under budget and received highly positive feedback from the District, including praise for clear and responsive communication, strong project management, high-quality roadway and bridge design, and consistent on-time submittals.
