2LMN performed a design study for the aging Gore Culvert, evaluating construction alternatives with a focus on maintenance of traffic. The study compared a full roadway closure with a phased construction approach utilizing alternating one-lane traffic. Our team also performed a preliminary hydrology and hydraulics analysis to confirm culvert sizing requirements and prepared cost estimates for each alternative. This task was performed with efficiency, coming in under budget.
